整理収納アドバイザー（お片付けスタッフ）募集要項

仕事内容
お客様のご依頼に基づき、ご自宅を訪問し、整理・収納に関するアドバイスおよび実践的なサポートを行います。単にお片付けをするだけではなく、お客様のライフスタイルや生活動線を丁寧にヒアリングした上で、効率的かつ継続可能な整理方法と収納プランをご提案し、実行します。

勤務形態
• 作業は訪問先で行い、直行直帰となります。
• 1件あたりの作業時間は、午前9時から午後5時の間で3～4時間程度です。

勤務期間
• 長期で働ける方を歓迎します。
• 開始日は相談可能です。

勤務日
• 金・土・日・祝日に勤務可能な方を特に歓迎いたします。

応募資格
整理収納や片付けに興味があり、丁寧でお客様目線の対応ができる方を求めています。

Are you an experienced organizer passionate about transforming spaces and helping others live more efficient, clutter-free lives? TREE Professional Organizer is looking for seasoned professionals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use your expertise to create tailored organizational solutions for residential and commercial clients.

  • Lead projects independently or in collaboration with our team.

  • Train and mentor junior organizers as needed.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and results.

  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in home or business organization (minimum 1-2 years preferred).

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

  • A passion for organization and helping others.

  • Language: Japanese / Chinese /English

  • Assist in organizing residential and commercial spaces using TREE’s proven organizing system.

  • Learn to create customized solutions for clients to meet their specific needs.

  • Gain valuable hands-on experience while building your organizational skills.

  • Deliver excellent service and maintain professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for organizing and helping others improve their spaces.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

  • A positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • No prior professional experience required—training will be provided!
